Class will begin at 5:30 PM (Doors open at 5 PM)
Come deepen your connection to your own intuition and inner guidance through the creative expression of painting. Join us at OM House for some intuitive painting, led by professional artist and children's book illustrator, Amanda Yoshida.
The class will begin promptly at 6pm with a brief guided meditation and visualization that will inform the painting you’ll then bring to life! Before we start painting, we’ll take some time to journal and create a visual concept for our painting. Some guidance will be given, but attendees will be asked to make some artistic decisions on their own. This is not a “paint by numbers, follow my instructions step-by-step” kind of art class. It’s an opportunity to better trust your own creative judgement and to fall in love with the act of creating art without attachment to the final product. When’s the last time you made something just for the fun of it?
Everyone is welcome—no prior experience needed. All the materials you need will be provided for you at OM House.
What to bring? A pen and journal, an open mind, and a bit of courage.
