You’ll learn what intuitive movement is, why it matters for moms, and walk away with five simple, actionable steps to start moving more mindfully — no strict plans or guilt required.Perfect for any stage of motherhood: TTC, expecting, postpartum, or seasoned.Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat (BYOM). Led by Melissa Gambone (Motion Melissa, Motion Mamas Club, Motion Studio) — certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, Pilates and barre instructor, and mom of two — this session is both educational and interactive.
