This workshop focuses on balancing poses to help evolve our asana journey. Balancing poses in yoga positively impacts both our physical and mental health. For our body, they help us to align, strengthen and lengthen our muscles and explore our centre of gravity. Regular practise of balancing poses can improve the function of the body’s equilibrium receptors.Join Deva on this journey to open your mind, body and self while learning, receiving, and growing. This workshop is for students who want to develop their asana practice.
