Join us for an Intutive Art Meditation!
Our intution is an important tool that can guide us through discomfort, work within our nervous system to embody trust, and to help push us on the most beautiful and unpredicatble path to our truest self. By harnessing this tool, we learn to lean into trust in the universe and in ourselves. By learning to park your brain, and drop into free flow painting where there are no expectations and freedom for the muse to shine through.
In this offering, you will experience the healing and joy that comes from using our intution to guide a creative flow. Supplies will be provided including colored pencil, paint, and oil pastels. We hope to see you there!
