Yoga and breathwork together offer profound physical and mental benefits, helping to reduce stress, improve flexibility, boost mental clarity, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and presence. Through mindful movement and controlled breathing, you'll release tension, align your body and mind, and tap into a powerful state of inner peace.
What to Expect
The event begins with a rejuvenating yoga session from 10:00 to 10:45 am, designed to open your body and prepare you for breathwork. From 11:00 to 12:00 pm, we’ll dive into a breathwork practice, guiding you to relax deeply, release stress, and reach a meditative state.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. These items will support your comfort throughout the yoga and breathwork sessions, especially during breathwork as you relax into stillness.
About the Hosts
Lindsey, a recent 200-hour YTT graduate from Rishikesh, India, is passionate about connecting people to nature. She co-owns Hamilton Pool, a regenerative vineyard and farm in Austin, TX, where she fosters a community rooted in wellness. Alex, a certified health coach and breathwork instructor, is dedicated to helping others reach their highest potential and inner calm. Together, they are excited to guide you through this journey of transformation.
