About this Event
Introductory Session to NHS Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies
This session aims to raise awareness of common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression. It will introduce NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies, a free and confidential NHS service designed to support anyone aged 18 or over who is registered with a GP.
During the session, participants will learn about the range of support available through NHS Talking Therapies. The service helps thousands of people improve their mental health and develop practical ways to manage challenges such as stress, anxiety, and low mood.
Participants will also be encouraged to seek support if they need it and will be guided on how to access the service.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the session to ask questions and learn more about the support available.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
