What if there was a curriculum that supported your school’s Christian vision for education?
As schools respond to the new SIAMS framework and prepare for a renewed focus on the core purpose of their curriculum, the ‘What if Learning’ approach offers an opportunity to reflect, review and renew.
This is an introductory session. There are opportunities to reflect on how your curriculum supports school improvement as well as reviewing your readiness for both SIAMS and Ofsted inspection; there will be time for you to consider next steps in renewing your provision.
Please bring a laptop and your current curriculum map with you to the session. It will also be useful for you to be familiar with your school’s SEF/SIAMS toolkit.
Key elements covered during the workshop
• How ‘What if learning’ supports the new SIAMS framework
• Exploring the overlap of vision, ethos, curriculum content and pedagogy
• The impact a Christian understanding of life can bring to what happens in classrooms
• Reflect, review and renew. Time to prioritise next steps for the term ahead
