The Wellbeing Studio is excited to offer our brand-new Introduction to Yoga course, brought to you by Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist Ellen Nash. Learn all the basics of yoga, the background/history and etiquette with the support of Ellen’s skillful guidance and adjustments. Over 6 weeks you will progress through basic standing, seated and balance postures, back bends, hip openers and sun salutations to more advanced postures to your capacity and as you are ready. You will also enjoy relaxation practices, introduction to meditation, and the importance of breath.
The aim of this course is to teach you all the necessary skills to enable you to progress to enjoy any future yoga classes with confidence.
