Join us for a fun and interactive workshop on Sun Jan 21st 2024 at 12pm in Calgary, AB. This small class is perfect for those who are new to wood burning and want to explore the art of pyrography. You will spend the evening learning step by step how to create a wood burned mixed media art work. Little art experience is necessary just some time and patience. There is something very soothing about burning patterns into wood. You will learn how to use the wood-burner safely, how to transfer your drawing onto the wood, which wood works best, and how to add a bit of colour and seal it properly.
