📅 Saturday, June 13 | 12–4 PM📍 Lightcatcher Studio at the Whatcom Museum
🎟 Members $90 / Public $100
Turn a polished stone into something you'll actually wear. In this hands-on afternoon workshop, artist Carol Sheppard will guide you step by step through the art of wire wrapping — and by the end of class, you'll walk out with a finished sterling silver pendant that's uniquely yours.
You'll start by choosing your own stone, then learn the foundational techniques to set and wrap it with clean, professional results. No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a bit of patience with your hands.
Your registration includes museum admission, all materials, and a set of miniature jewelry pliers to take home and keep creating. Ages 18 and up. Limited to 12 participants.
Carol has been selling her wire-wrapped jewelry at art markets and boutiques since 2016 and has taught at Whatcom Community College, the Whatcom Art Center, and LaConner Artists' Co-op.
