A one-day course on introduction to wine tasting, in which you will learn about:- theory of flavours perception;
- principles of oenology and winemaking (white / rose / red wine);
- production of sparkling wines (e.g., Champagne, Prosecco);
- intensive practice of wine tasting.
Circa 10 Italian wines will be served.
