Our Introduction to Trail Running course will take you on a journey from trail walking to trail running within five weeks.On the course, you'll be guided through five of our favourite routes within an encouraging, safe and non-judgemental environment.

- Starts 13th May, every Wednesday at 6:30pm
- 5 sessions, approx. 1 hour each
- Locations: Robinswood Hill, Leckhampton Hill, Lineover Wood, Over Farm and Cheltenham Racecourse.
- £50 per person (early bird price)
- One month of free club membership upon completion of the course
All sessions are hosted by a friendly, experienced and knowledgable trail runner and running coach, who will offer support and advice about technique, nutrition, clothing, and much more.
