Saturday 30 May — Glossop, Peak District, 9.30am start.
We’ll kick things off with some warm‑up drills, before going into a beginner‑friendly coaching session led by Sally — an incredible runner and coach who also founded the Fast Girls Run Club in Manchester. We will run a circa 7km route with the option to run a shorter 4.5km loop.
After the run, everyone is welcome to stick around for a chat and post‑trail coffee + croissants at Bold Street Coffee in the Glossop Market Hall — with a 20% discount for all runners.
No pressure, no pace expectations — just good vibes, supportive community energy and gorgeous Peak District trails.
