Experiencing the Enneagram Through Type Panels
A Three-Part Evening Series | May 5, 12, 19
6:00-8:00
This three-part experiential series offers a structured and in-depth introduction to the Enneagram through live panel conversations with individuals representing each of the nine personality types.
Each session begins with a foundational overview of the Enneagram, followed by guided panel interviews that explore three types in depth. Participants will learn to recognize the defining features of each type through direct observation of real-time dialogue, supported by expert facilitation.
Across the series, participants will examine each type through a consistent framework, including:
- Core fears and motivations
- Defensive patterns and coping strategies
- Strengths and challenges in relationships
- Developmental pathways and opportunities for growth
This approach allows participants to systematically compare types, deepen pattern recognition, and build practical understanding of how personality structure influences behavior, perception, and interpersonal dynamics.
Through a combination of teaching, panel interviews, and facilitated discussion, participants will develop skills that support increased self-awareness and more effective engagement in both personal and professional relationships.
This series is appropriate for individuals and professionals seeking a structured, experiential approach to understanding personality patterns and applying this insight in relational and helping contexts.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this series, participants will be able to:
- Identify the core fears, motivations, and behavioral patterns associated with each of the nine Enneagram types.
- Differentiate between the nine types based on defensive strategies, relational tendencies, and patterns of attention.
- Analyze how personality structure influences communication, reactivity, and interpersonal dynamics in personal and professional relationships.
- Apply a structured Enneagram framework to increase self-awareness and support more effective engagement in helping and relational contexts.
