𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐚 is a dedicated Tantra practitioner and facilitator, trained with the Tantra Essence school, and has studied Tantrik Hatha Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, and other healing modalities. Her work weaves breath, movement, energy, and sound into deeply embodied and heart-opening experiences.
She has been facilitating alongside Amandeep for the past six years, bringing both extensive study and deep personal integration into her offerings. Valeska co-creates and facilitates retreats in New Zealand, Bali, and Europe through Waiheke Mystery School, guiding participants into spaces of healing, awakening, and connection, while ensuring a safe and supportive container for each person’s growth.
She also holds regular sound ceremonies and women’s circles, inviting others to return to their intuition, voice, and power through devotional singing, kirtan, and medicine songs.
