This spring I’m offering an 8-week Introduction to Tai Chi series for beginners and anyone curious to what Tai Chi has to offer.
We’ll explore the foundations of Tai Chi, including balance, weight shifting, Tai Chi walking, relaxation in the muscles and joints, breath awareness, movement as meditation and how these principles support everyday life.
This is an introductory class and a great place to start. No experience needed.
