MAX'S ESCA is bringing the Queen of sourdough to the restaurant! Come ready to roll up your sleeves, learn the art of sourdough, and leave with everything you need to start baking delicious bread at home! Ticket includes dinner buffet, unlimited wine, sangria and two hour hands on sourdough class!
Each student will:
• Create their own starter to take home
• Learn how to shape a loaf during class
• Take home a ready-to-bake loaf
• Receive a set of tools to continue their sourdough journey!
