Join us in Abbotsford, British Columbia for a focused two-hour, in-person Introduction to Sourdough Bread Workshop with Lou Meggiato of Wild Bluebell Homestead - serving Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley with traditional sourdough education and small-group baking instruction.

This structured, hands-on class is designed for beginners and home bakers who want clear, practical guidance on baking real sourdough bread. Over the course of two hours, participants will learn how to properly care for a starter, understand natural fermentation, and understand how to begin mixing and developing dough with confidence.

What you will learn:

• How a sourdough starter functions and how to maintain it properly
• Core fermentation principles and dough development fundamentals
• How to mix dough correctly and recognize early fermentation cues
• What to expect during bulk fermentation and proofing
