This one-day Introduction to Sound workshop is a practical, experiential day designed for those who feel called to work with sound but want to explore it first—before committing to full practitioner training.
This is not a theory-heavy classroom day. It’s about feeling, listening, experimenting, and experiencing sound in the body.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Experience a wide range of sound healing instruments
• Learn what different instruments do, how they feel, and how they affect energy and the nervous system
• Explore sound through hands-on practice in a supportive, relaxed environment
• Ask questions about sound healing, facilitation, and the practitioner path
• Begin developing your own felt sense of how sound works for you
This workshop is ideal if you:
• Are curious about sound healing
• Are considering becoming a sound practitioner
• Want to experience instruments before investing in training
• Feel drawn to sound but aren’t sure where to begin
What to Expect
• A full day of guided, practical exploration
• Hands-on experience with instruments (including bowls, chimes, drums, and more)
• Small group setting to allow space, questions, and personal experience
• No previous experience required

If you choose to go on and enrol in the Full Accredited Sound Practitioner Course, the fee paid for this taster day will be fully deducted from the accredited course cost. This course is not mandatory to complete the sound meditation practitioner course.
