🧘♀️ Are you curious about sound healing or looking to experience the mental and physical benefits but not sure where to start?
🧘♀️ Are you intruiged at how this ancient method can help in the chaos of day to day life but don't feel spiritual or have experience meditating.
Sound is a brilliant way to enter a meditative state without having to battle your mind down as much.
In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of sound healing and experience hands on with the instruments how sound works with the body to calm and regulate the nervous system, release tension and energy blockages and deepen your connection to self.
There is no meditation experience or spirituality needed, just the time and space to let the sound meet you where you're at each time you practice.
We will end with a grounding sound bath to feel not just hear the power of the different vibrations, waves and frequencies.
