Introduction to Sound Baths: A Guided Grounding Experience
In this 30-minute sample experience, you’ll learn the basics of sound healing and how it supports relaxation and nervous system regulation. The session will include a short introduction to the practice, followed by a 20-minute guided sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments. We’ll close with a brief opportunity for questions and reflections.
Sound baths use soothing vibrations and tones to help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation. Even a short session can help participants feel calmer, more grounded, and refreshed.
This event is designed as a brief, accessible introduction to the practice — perfect if you’ve been curious about sound baths and would like to try a gentle sample experience.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes and includes a short educational introduction, a relaxing sound journey, and time for questions.
What to Bring
To help you relax comfortably while lying down, please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Bolster or cushion (optional)
These are also available for rent.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.

Participants are welcome to enter the space, settle in, and set up their mats, blankets, pillows, and other comfort items. This is a quiet time to get comfortable and prepare for the experience.
3:45 PM – Introduction to Sound Healing & Guided Grounding
A brief overview of what sound baths are, how sound and vibration support relaxation and nervous system regulation, and what participants may notice during the experience. This introduction will also include a short overview of Guided Grounding offerings and ways to continue the practice.
Sound Journey (20 Minutes)
Participants will be guided into a relaxing sound experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The intention is to support deep rest, mental quiet, and a gentle reset for the nervous system.
Debrief & Q&A (8–10 Minutes)
We’ll close with a brief opportunity for participants to ask questions & share reflections if they wish.
