This class offers an introduction to shamanic practices, focusing on time-honored methods for direct spiritual experience. Participants will explore techniques for accessing personal guides and sources of divine inspiration, learning how these relationships can offer insight, guidance, and support. Through discussion and experiential practice, we will examine how shamanic work can aid in self-healing, compassionate service to others, and the deepening of one’s spiritual awareness potentially opening the door to a new or more integrated spiritual path.Just a reminder: Please reserve your seats for the Monthly Thoth Circle classes.
