Learn some basic training on how to defend yourself -- and have fun doing it.This adult-geared program is an introductory, low-impact, self-defense class that teaches multiple defense stances, tactics, and responses.
The class will be taught by ATOS Jiu-Jitsu instructors and will be "hands-on", so please wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry.
