Participants in this class will be provided with the materials and access to tools needed to produce a carved wall piece in basswood. You will learn the techniques and skills to use three different gouges to produce the textures that creates the shadows and depth of your project. After a time of direct instruction you will flip the board and draw out your own creation or use art provided by the instructor.
