Introduction to Qi Gong
Qi Gong, which means “energy work” in Chinese, is an internal art designed to soften up the body by releasing tension through physical movements, postures and breath. It benefits everyday life by enabling better mobility, promoting relaxation and improving general health.
This workshop is designed to introduce you to the water method tradition of Qi Gong through a selection of foundational techniques encompassing belly breathing, sitting and standing body alignments, and circling hand movements. ?
By the end of the session, you will be equipped with a basic set of techniques that you can use for self-practice.?
