Riding bikes away from the roads at night is a really special thing to do. Come and give it a go, we can even lend you some lights.
Our qualified MTB night leaders will lead a ride on local forest and estate tracks. We have three sets of good front lights you can borrow on a first come first serve basis.
Meet at the bike shelter in Gynack Gardens and we will head up and round Loch Gynack on to Newtonmore and back along the cycle path to Kingussie (maybe finishing at the pub). A gentle ride about 12km long.
What you will need:-
A mountain or e-mountain bike will be best for this ride or a gravel bike if you are a competent gravel bike rider
Good front lights (Minimum 800 lumens) we have 3 sets that can be borrowed on a first come first serviced basis
A rear light
A helmet
A back pack for waterproofs, warm layers water and a snack
Sign up below so we make sure we have enough ride leaders and let us know if you need to borrow one of our sets of front lights.
Our regular Tuesday riders are welcome to come along too of course!
