Join us for the popular MINDFULNESS WORKS An Introduction to Mindfulness and meditation 4 week course, RANGIORA. With Kate Brandram-Adams. Registered Mental Health Nurse and Registered Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, from Mindfulness North Canterbury.
A small, friendly group where we will be guided to explore how mindfulness practice can help us be with the difficult thoughts, body sensations and emotions that we all have. How to spend a little more time in the present moment, without having to do long meditations. How to practice being more focused on what matters to you.
Each class will include some science and theory, a guided practice and some time to ask questions and share (if you wish).
You will get an e coursebook and access to guided meditations.
