This six‑week Introduction to Meditation course offers a gentle yet comprehensive pathway to cultivating inner calm and focus.
Across weekly sessions, participants explore foundational practices including pranayama (breathwork) to steady the mind, mantra (sound repetition) to deepen concentration, and mudra (hand gestures) to enhance energetic balance.
Each class builds progressively, blending guided meditation, simple theory, and practical exercises. By the end of the course, participants will have a personal toolkit of techniques to support relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional clarity in daily life.
