We will study and practice fundamental aspects of a Pilates program with an emphasis on core strength. In this workshop, we will move through various Pilates exercises at a pace which allows us to note how our bodies are responding. We will focus on form, breath, and flow, connecting our minds to the movements. After exertion, we will find comfortable positions on our mats to relax. We will use breath and guided imagery techniques to calm the Central Nervous System for a sense of well-being. Investment of $45
