This Class will cover all the basics to get you cooking Low n Slow BBQ at home with confidence including but not limited to:
Solid fuel cooking methods in a variety of BBQs such as:
Drum smokers, Pellet Grills, Webers, Offsets Etc.
Fuel Selection
Fire and Temperature Management
Trimming of meats including:
Brisket, Lamb Shoulder, Pork Ribs
Immersive cooking demonstrations including:
Brisket, Lamb Shoulder, Pork Ribs, Reverse seared steak, Chicken Wings, Jalapeno Poppers and Hot Links
This will be a day full of cooking demonstrations and grazing on the BBQ that has been cooked.
