In this class we will be cooking on a variety of BBQs such as:
Drum smoker, Pellet Grill, Webers, Reverse Flow Offset, Flat Plate BBQ, Mini Spit.
We will be covering:
-Trimming of meats including:
Snapper, Lamb Ribs, Beef Shin, Pichana (Rump Cap), Pork Belly and Chicken Wings.
-Immersive cooking demonstrations including:
Whole Chili Snapper, Lamb Ribs, Beef Shin Birria Tacos (pictured), Pichana on the Spit, Jalapeno Corn Bread, Korean Chicken Wings, Pork Belly Brisket and Cherry Smoked Bacon Brownies w/ Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream!
This will be a day full of cooking demonstrations and grazing on the BBQ that has been cooked.
