Intro to linocut and all it's wondrous artistry. You will explore drawing on linocut, or transfering a drawing onto a block; cutting and printing with a press (or two). All the basic elements of printing will be demonstrated and explored. We will print with a range of colours and explore the effects of blending. Using artists cutting tools, rollers (or brayers) and two different printing presses to make small prints. Enjoy my garden studio with small group size to get the most out of a day's printing.
