Introduction to Landscape Photography

Learn to capture the beauty of the outdoors in our introduction to landscape photography course! This two-session course will have an emphasis on camera settings and composition when shooting in an outdoor enviornment. Learn techniques and explore how to create better composition in your images and capture quality photographs. Learn how to plan successful photography sessions that maximize opportunities to create great photos. Develop your eye to critique your work and continue to improve your images.

This will be an 6 hour course across with one 3 hour classroom session (Thursday, April 16, 6-9 pm) and one 3 hour in-field session to practice setting and composition skills. (Saturday, April 18, 2-5 pm).

• Saturday, April 18| 2:00 - 5:00 PM (Outdoor field session)

SUU Campus, Bristlecone Hall Room 118, local outdoor site (TBD)

Bristlecone Hall is located on the corner of 200 S 800 W in Cedar City, Utah. Please utilize the parking lots directly to the West or the South of the building. Room 118 is located on the first level.
