Introduction to Kickboxing (starting at Stone Tree this January!)A 60 minute class to introduce participants to cardio kickboxing, including basic punches, knees, and kicks.
No kickboxing experience required. Hand wraps are required. Participants are welcome to bring their own, however there will also be ones available for purchase at the front desk.
Class will be taught by Courtney McCarthy, our in house ACE Certified fitness instructor. Free for members, $15+tax for non-members.
