These sessions are to introduce and prepare players for their judo journey. You will be introduced to the basics of judo and be taught how to manage yourselves on the mats. The April booking is for each Thursday (9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th) and players must attend all FOUR sessions. If you would like to continue your journey following the 'Introduction to Judo' sessions, you can then attend Monday and/or Friday sessions for Junior & Senior players from May onwards.
