In the last week of this three week course we focus on Piedmont where the whites have an ethereal quality and the reds are serious and distinguished. Get to grips with the Barolo and Barbaresco, while acquainting yourself with Dolcetto, Barbera and others.Participants will have the opportunity to taste 8 wines specially selected to illustrate variety, quality and style paired with curated small plates by Enoteca Centro’s chefs.
You have the option to book for Week 1 - The Big Picture only or all 3 weeks including Week 2 - Tuscany and Week 3 - Piedmont.
