Nonprofit Leadership Workshop for Board Members and Executive Staff
About this Event

This 3-hour interactive workshop introduces nonprofit leaders to the core concepts of Human-Centered Design (HCD). Participants will engage in a fast-paced, hands-on session, learning how to incorporate empathy-driven problem-solving into their organizational strategies. Through practical exercises and discussions, leaders will gain insights on how to better understand community needs, prototype innovative solutions, and enhance collaboration within their teams. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with a foundational understanding of HCD and actionable steps to begin applying it in their work.
