Dear Lappis tenants and LOm members, the LOm Workshop wants to invite you to a brewday where one of our fellow neighbors will teach us a bit about the basics of homebrewing! 🍺🍺🍺Homebrewing has become over the last years one of the most popular hobbies in Sweden, both because it's systembolaget-sustainable but also a lot of fun and a great way to hangout 😎🍻😎
It is a fairly long process that takes almost half a day, and we will go through every step sequentially. Here it's a rough agenda:
11:00-12:30 - Step 1: Recipe preparation and mashing
12:30-14:00 - Step 2: Mash-out and sparging
14:00-15:30 - Step 3: Boiling and hopping
15:30-17:00 - Step 4: Chilling and fermentation
If weather allows 🤞 the event will be outdoor, in front of the LOm workshop. We'll set up the bbq at some point 🔥
Just bring something you want to grill! 🌭🍻🍔
If you don't know yet where the LOm workshop is located, you can find it between Forskarbacken 8 and 10, in front of the laundry room next to the padel court.
