Ever wondered if you could do a handstand?
This all-levels class teaches you handstands from the ground up. Whether you've never kicked up or you're working toward a freestanding balance, you'll learn the building blocks as you build strength & coordination in a fun space with cool vibes.
What is Handstand Training? Handstands aren't just for gymnasts or acrobats. This class breaks it all down. We use partner work at times to make it more fun, give your hands a break, and help you check your alignment. No pole or gymnastics experience needed.
What You'll Learn:
- Building blocks for being upside-down
- Shoulder and wrist warm-up designed for handstands
- Mobility and strength work to support inversions
- Handstand practice at your level: wall-supported, freestanding, or variations
- Headstands and forearm stands when useful
Perfect For:
- Beginners who've never done a handstand & want to start learning
- Movers wanting to build strength, balance, & proprioception
- Pole dancers looking to build inversion capability off the pole
Important Notes:
- Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Doors lock AT class time as the instructor is focused on the class and manages the door.
- Plan to be 10 mins early (Doors open ~15 mins before, please be patient if another class is ending).
- Look for an email from us after booking (check your spam!) for your waiver.
