Join Mennonite Life (Lancaster, PA) Archivist & Librarian Julia Wiker as she teaches participants the German script alphabet, as well as abbreviations and variations in writing and spelling. The workshop will also offer practice interpreting 18th- and 19th-century family records. Knowledge of German is not required.The cost is $60 for members ($70 nonmembers) and includes all materials.
