A beginner-friendly class using light weights to strengthen the whole body for 45 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of stretching to improve mobility and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a gentler workout. For this session, please wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers.
