About this Event
What we'll do in this session...
Steven is a local artist who specialises in graphite drawing. Join Steven for his introduction to drawing sessions. In these sessions you will learn the basics of drawing and the skills needed to get started or continue your drawing journey! Come along to 1 or all 3. Remember to bring a Barter Item!
Barter Items
Tell Steven about your favourite art piece.
Erasers.
One of your own drawings to show the group.
Faber castel 9000 graphite pencil.
Trade School is an alternative learning space that runs on barter.
Anyone can teach anything they are interested in or skilled at – experiences, practical skills and big ideas are valued equally.
No money changes hands, instead teachers say what they’d like in exchange for sharing, and people sign up by agreeing to bring a barter item from the list (all lists include simple and free-to-offer items).
What is a Barter Item for?
It is way of saying thank you to the host for sharing their specialised skills, those attending the session bring along one of the barter items listed above. These are either given to the host or used in the session.
If you have questions about any of our activities please get in touch with our friendly team at [email protected] or message 07542609623.
