Join Draíocht's Theatre Artist in Residence, Kunle Animashaun, an experienced theatre facilitator, for this 8-week introduction to drama and theatre. These sessions will introduce you to drama games, improvisation, group and individual work as well as script work.
The weekly sessions will take place on Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm beginning on Saturday 7th October 2023 and finishing on Saturday 25th November.
Dr. Kunle Animashaun has more than twenty years of experience in the Irish Theatre landscape, and has resided in the Dublin 15 area in all those years. Kunle is a theatre director, dramaturge, workshop facilitator and researcher. He has a first-class Master’s Degree from UCD, and obtained his doctorate in drama at Trinity College, Dublin where he currently lectures on an adjunct basis. He is the Artistic Director of Camino Productions, an Irish/African Theatre Company based in Dublin.
