Introduction to DJing (Ages 12-17)

In this new class, students will learn DJ fundamentals from song selection to hands-on technical skills. We’ll study the history of deejaying, the art of digitizing music, and how to deeply listen to their libraries. By the end of the session, students will have their own mixtape and the ability to rock any party. We will be using the center's new Numark Mixstream Pro two-deck Standalone DJ Controller.

April 7, 8, & 9 from 10:30 am to 6 pm and April 11 from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
