This Introduction to Crystals Workshop is a gently guided and practical session designed to help you understand how crystals work, how to connect with them intuitively, and how to use them in everyday life in a grounded and meaningful way.
Led by Zaria, this 90-minute workshop offers a supportive space to explore the energetic qualities of different crystals and to develop your own personal connection with them.
During this workshop, you will explore:
- The energetic properties of common crystals
- How crystals interact with the body’s energy field
- How to choose crystals intuitively
- Cleansing and charging methods
- Ways to incorporate crystals into meditation and daily rituals
- Simple practices for grounding and protection
You will have the opportunity to handle a variety of crystals, ask questions, and build confidence in working with them.
This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already have crystals but would like a deeper understanding of how to use them effectively.
The intention of the evening is not to overwhelm with theory, but to empower you with practical knowledge and intuitive awareness — awakening your own inner healer in a calm and accessible way.
