This new and exciting 4-week therapeutic course is designed to enhance and improve emotional, mental and physical wellbeing in a relaxed and supportive environment. Explore new ways to express yourself using creative processes that can be instrumental in supporting the treatment of a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
