About this Event
This 3 hour sampler class is the perfect introduction for adults who want to try something new in a relaxed, supportive setting. Over the course of the class, you’ll learn about the different stages of clay, foundational clay techniques like pinching and coiling as well as mindfulness —with a focus on slowing down and making small sample pieces. Learning about clay and making these simple forms is a great way to understand the feel of clay, build confidence in making art, and create beautiful pieces by hand.
No experience is necessary, beginners are more than welcome! All materials, tools, and kiln firing are included!
Class is every second Friday from 6-9pm.
