Great strategic leaders drive their organisation in a set direction, but when that needs to change and your organisation moves through a period with less clarity, that’s when you’re leading change and you'll find new challenges might take you by surprise.
The skills and tools of Change Leadership can make these journeys easier, and this workshop will introduce how to:- Look to the future with an open mind
- Turn ideas into practical actions
- Grow your impact with new ways of working
- Identify and refine remaining issues
Join Pete Emms from de:find, a Stockport-based consultancy specialising in leadership of change, creativity, and culture for smaller organisations.
We’ll go through a bit of background information on the nature of change and approaches to leading through its challenges; but the session will focus on practical activities, sharing experiences, and trying out a helpful change leadership tool.
Be sure to bring your future goals, and questions about past and present challenges.
Please note the room at Merseyway Innovation Centre holds a maximum of 8 people.
Refreshments such as tea and coffee will be provided.
Ticketing Policy
In order to reduce non-attendance we are now charging a refundable fee to register for an event. This will be set at £5 + eventbrite fee (currently at £1.13). Attendees will be refunded £5 after the event - we are unable to refund the eventbrite fee as eventbrite take this in order to process the tickets.

Accessibility
Merseyway Innovation Centre is accessible via the first floor from the Merseyway / Redrock car park. Please wave at the door and a receptionist will let you in.
Parking
The Merseyway / Redrock car park is the closest and most accessible car park.
Alternatively Warren Street car park (The Old Sainsburys) charge £3.50 for the whole day, if you're looking for a cheaper option.
