Come join us for a fun and creative event at Sale Library where you can learn the basics of Canal Boat Art!

Led by professional crafts maker, Caroline Coates, and taking inspiration from the Bridgewater Canal which runs adjacent to Sale Library, you will learn the traditional art of painting canal boat roses.

You will be guided step-by-step in how to paint the beautiful flowers and will go away with your own wooden panel filled with painted roses. Whether you are a complete beginner or an enthusiast wanting to develop your skills, this session is for you!

Tickets are £3 and all materials and equipment are provided. Acrylic paints will be used to achieve quicker results within the workshop timings.
