Learn to reduce stress and anxiety while gaining a deeper understanding of your mind. Introduction to Calm Abiding meditation is a four-part hybrid course that helps cultivate a new way of seeing and relating to our own inner and outer worlds, bringing us comfort and ease. We will meet for four consecutive weeks. Each session will last 90 minutes and blends short instruction periods with multiple brief meditation sessions.
Who is this Course For?
This course is ideal for anyone curious about meditation, experienced meditators who wish to refresh and deepen their Calm Abiding practice, and those who have attended Stepping into Meditation and Community.
The course also welcomes individuals with some meditation experience who seek guidance from a qualified teacher or wish to learn a specific meditation technique they can carry forward in their personal practice. Additionally, it’s well-suited for those interested in joining our Walking the Path program.
